Active participants:

• Registrated chamber music groups of the Liszt Academy may apply with the members’ names, their instruments, and pieces to be performed at the master class. You can apply using the online form below (on the form, fill in the names in the first two blocks). If the applications are more than the number of classes, the Head of Department will choose the performing groups with the supervision of guest professor.
• Application deadline: Friday, March 26, 2026, 12:00 Noon

Passive participants:

The master class is open to all students of Liszt Academy and Bartók Conservatory as passive participants free of charge, with no prior registration. Others must register at detari.alexandra@zeneakademia.hu email address. 

Born in 1965 (Alicante), he developed his musical education in Spain, France and Belgium under the work of well named professionals such as Ana Guijarro, Ramón Coll, Marian Ribicky, Frèderic Gevers and Luca Chiantore. He obtained the medium and superior titles of piano and chamber music with extraordinary distinction. Additionally, he holds the "Diplôme Superieur d'Enseignement" by L'École Normale de Musique de Paris. Has made master class with V. Perlemuter, L. Berman, L. Vlasenko, A. de Larrocha, J. Achúcarro, J. Rouvier, J. Colom, J. Soriano, E. Pace and S. Holland.

Jesús Gómez is Doctor of Education of the University of Alicante and is currently professor of piano and director of the Conservatorio Superior de Música Óscar Esplá in Alicante, where he teaches and coordinates a Master in Music Interpretation and Research. He is a full member of the Valencian Academy of Music.

Awarded in different national and international piano competitions, he has performed in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Romania, Turkey, Russia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Egypt, Japan, Vietnam, Argentina and United States.

He has made several recordings such as "The piano by Miguel Asins Arbó" produced by the Universitat Politècnica de València. His record represents the only version of the piano works that exist of the celebrated Valencian composer, "Japan Recital", recorded during an Asia tour and produced by KNS Classical, with pieces by Ravel, Debussy, Albéniz and Granados and "Nights in the Gardens of Spain" by Manuel de Falla with the Alicante Symphony Orchestra. He concluded in April 2017, the first recording of the piano work of the composer and saxophonist Pedro Iturralde.
