Manuel Mas Devesa is a Spanish composer, keyboardist, and music educator born in Alicante in 1972. He is Professor of Composition at the Conservatory of Music in Alicante and holds a PhD in Education Sciences. His musical language combines neoclassical, impressionist, and Mediterranean influences, and his catalogue includes works for orchestra, symphonic band, chamber ensembles, and piano.

Among his most notable compositions are Academic Overture (2005), 25 de Mayo (2016), a symphonic poem for orchestra and wind band, Sonata para una infanta (2008), and Triptic from the Tate (2019) for alto saxophone and electroacoustic media, as well as numerous works for piano and saxophone ensembles.

In addition to his compositional work, he is the author of pedagogical publications such as Fundamentals of Composition (2016), a comprehensive guide covering musical structure, counterpoint, and orchestration, widely used in music education.

He is also a founding member of the progressive rock band Numen, with which he has released four albums and other audiovisual works, continuing to develop both artistic and educational projects in the field of music.
