In 2004, at the request of Yuri Simonov, the Hungarian State Opera invited him to be the musical assistant of Wagner’s opera Lohengrin.
He is a director of the annually organized summer music camp in Tihany. Since spring 2008, each year he has conducted an opera production at the Saint Stephen Music House in Zugló (Don Giovanni, The Barber of Seville, Don Pasquale, The Elixir of Love, The Abduction from the Seraglio, Pergolesi: The Servant as Mistress, Donizetti: The Night Bell, Viva la mamma!, Ránki: the Emperor’s New Clothes). In December 2012 he conducted Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 at the Palace of Arts instead of Zoltán Kocsis who got ill. He has held choral conducting courses for Erasmus students in Uppsala, Sweden and in Csíkszereda, and he was guest teacher at the master class of Ilona Meskó.
He conducted Bizet's Carmen and Puccini's Madama Butterfly at Müpa. He is the permanent conductor of the Pastorale opera projects of the Szent István Philharmonic, which are regularly recorded and broadcast on the M5 television channel.
