About
We are continually enlarging our digital library: rare and distinctive nineteenth-century scores — including printed editions and, in some cases, manuscript sheet music by Liszt, Mihalovich, Csermák, Ábrányi and Volkmann — are now accessible in our database.
The uploaded documents can be found in several ways:
- On the catalogue’s homepage, choose the “Digital Collections” option from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the search box; or
- Enter the composer’s name or the title of the work in the search field, select sheet music as the document type, and run the search. You can further refine the list of results by selecting “Digital Collection” from the menu on the left.
The uploaded historical prints can be viewed by anyone, while the digitised musical manuscripts are available to registered readers who have logged in and accepted the copyright statement.
