Only Liszt Academy students (BA, MA, non-degree, TMA 60, exceptional young talents, Doctoral School) may apply.
French repertoire is preferred.

Passive participants:
The course is open only to students and teachers of the Liszt Academy and the Bartók Conservatory. Pre-registration is not required.
Premier prix in piano at the Paris Conservatoire, Frédéric Lagarde has also been the prize-winner of ten international competitions in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. As such, he was mentioned in Le Point magazine as one of the most prominent French pianists of his generation. He has been invited to numerous festivals in France: the Folle journée de Nantes, Pablo Casals in Prades, Présences (Radio France, Paris), Radio France-Montpellier, and has appeared more widely in Europe at the Paris Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Salle Gaveau, London’s Queen Elisabeth Hall, Lisbon Teatro Nacional, Porto, San Sebastian, Florence, Geneva (Amadeus Festival), Strasbourg (Opéra National du Rhin), Toulouse, Nice, Luxembourg, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Vienna, Prague (Rudolfinum, Martino Hall), Bratislava, Krakow, Ljubljana, Bucharest (Philharmonie), Istanbul, and in North America (Carnegie Hall in New York and elsewhere). He is a member of the Dumky Trio and the ensemble Calliopée, of which he is both pianist and cofounder. His various recordings have obtained the highest distinctions in the national and international press (‘Chocs’ of Le Monde de la Musique, ‘5 Diapasons’ and other awards).
