Diploma Ceremony 2025

Dear Graduating Students,

The diploma ceremony shall be held according to the following:

BA graduating students: 28 June 2025 (Sat), 9.30, Grand Hall (LF8)

MA and postgraduate graduating students: 28 June 2025 (Sat), 11.00, Grand Hall (LF8) (arrival by 11.00)

Graduating students will be sitting in the first rows of the Grand Hall, with their names labelled on their specific seat. We are kindly asking you to take your designated seat, do not take another seat that is not assigned to you, and please arrive in a timely manner.

Graduating students will be called one by one, based on sub-department groups, to receive their diploma, and sub-departments will follow each other in alphabetical order.

The ceremony is to be photographed by the official photographer of the Academy, so we are kindly asking guests to only take pictures from their seats (with hand cameras or phones only). Photos taken by the photographer will be available on the website.

Please do not:

• leave your seats,
• block the escape routes,
• place a stand anywhere,
• or go up to the stage.

Please arrive in a timely manner and wear appropriate attire.
