Education and Study Committee requests in Neptun

Information about the submission of requests in Neptun that are to be submitted to the Education and Study Committee.

ESC (Education and Study Committee) requests are to be submitted in Neptun through Administration/Requests/Available requests.

  • The obligatory documents (approvals and certificates) are to be attached and submitted to each case during its submission.
  • Submitted requests are available in Neptun/Administration/Requests/Submitted requests.
  • After submission, the requests will remain in an in-progress status until the decision is made.
  • If the request is incomplete, or the Education and Study Committee (ESC) deems that there is more information or documents needed for the decision, the Committee may request further information or documents. The deadline for the submission of further information or documents is a separate deadline from the deadline of the original request.
  • Based on the regulation of the ESC, decisions are made within 30 days of the submission of the request (naturally, it does not necessarily mean that you have to wait 30 days in every case).
  • The decisions are announced in Neptun/Administration/Requests/Submitted requests.
  • The decisions in Neptun may have an accepted or a rejected status.
  • The official hard copy of the decision is available at your respective study administrator.
