Information about applying for the final examination

Dear Graduating Students of 2023/24,

The following contains important information about the final examinations.

I. Application for the final examination period

The final examination period for the first semester (only for those whose last semester is fall 2023/24): 15-26 January 2024 (Mon-Fri)

The final examination period for the second semester (only for those whose last semester is spring 2023/24): 27 May – 8 June 2024 (Tue-Sat)

In case you are a student who is finishing their last semester in the fall semester, please apply for the final examination period of the first semester through Neptun between 6 (Mon) and 20 November (Mon) 2023.

In case you are a student who is finishing their studies in the spring semester, please apply for the final examination period of the second semester through Neptun between 5 (Mon) and 20 February (Mon) 2024.

Please note that by applying for the final examination period, you are applying for all the examinations that are part of the final examination. If you are forced to postpone any part of the final examination, informing the study department in writing (in e-mail) is obligatory as soon as possible.
