Information Regarding Changes in the Chamber Music and String Quartet Groups in 2021/22 Spring Semester

Dear Students,

You may only register chamber music and string quartet classes with professors who you are officially grouped with in 2021/22 spring semester as well.

The spring semester schedule will be online and sent to you via e-mail.

In case there are changes regarding your chamber music professor, please make sure to only register in Neptun once you receive the schedule with the correct information.

In case there are changes in group members and/or professor compared to the autumn semester, please be aware and consider the followings:

• Changing professor and/or members mid-academic year is only allowed with justification. 
• The first step in case of a change has to be discussing the matter with all participants, professors (former and future) and members (former and future) as well.
• Administration regarding changes is handled by Virág Farkas in e-mail until 23 January the latest (farkas.virag[at]zeneakademia.hu or international.office[at]lisztacademy.hu)
• In terms of the decision of the Chamber Music Department, from the academic 2019/20 only active students may participate in a chamber music group. Outsiders are only accepted in extreme, justified cases, the decision is made by the head of department solely.
• Any formation is allowed, there are no restrictions.
• Groups with no changes in terms of professor/members: please register the subject with the scheduled professor after confirming the continuance of your group with the professor.
