Online appointment making for instrument rental

Dear Students,

In orer to be more efficient the Academy is introducing an appointment making system for administrative processes that may take longer time to discuss.

The online application for the appointment making system is available here where you may also find the login name and login URL, as well as the user guide. You may enter with the same details that you are using for Neptun (and the wi-fi and the third floor practice rooms).

First and foremost, for now, this system is to be used for instrument rental issues, so please only visit the instrument rental office after successful appointment making.
