We are looking for mentors to help our Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship students
The mentor will help the new students' integration, guide them in this country and in the Academy.
Main tasks:
- contact the mentees before arrival in email (July, August)
- offer help in accomodation, office of immigration; get visa, health insurance card (TAJ), tax card, open bank account
- show the buildings of the Academy
- help in administration (such as Neptun, practice room reservation, etc)
- help with public transport and health issues
- organize events
The intensity of mentor's work is periodic, but the mentor should be available and ready for help during the whole 2022/2023 academic year
Salary:
15.000 HUF / month, paid as a scholarship, the condition is sending a report monthly for the coordinator
The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written skills, openminded for different cultures, helpful, reliable, well informed and empathetic. The candidate must be and active student of the Liszt Academy in the 2022/2023 academic year.
The successful candidates need to take part of a short training.
