Latest academy successes in Transylvania

János Elmauer, second year MA student of trumpet at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, took part in a five-stop tour of Transylvania in February 2014.
During the concert tour – in which Gergely Kodály, 4th year student of piano at the Béla Bartók School of Music, accompanied the several-times competition winner of the Liszt Academy – audiences in Miercurea Ciuc, Bucharest, Arcus, Targu Mures and Sighișoara could enjoy the expertise of János Elmauer. Courtesy of the Bucharest Hungarian Institute and the Balassi Institute, the tour by students of the Liszt Academy in Transylvania can be said to be a tradition, since three students of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music could participate in a concert tour in spring 2013.
