Will Kennedy is one of the greatest drummers of our time. He came to fame as a member of the ensemble Yellowjackets at the end of the 1980s, but he has also played with a number of other bands.

He has been awarded the Grammy twice. The way of his playing the drum is absolutely unique, not only because his kit includes both right- and left-handed drumsets, but also for being one of the pioneers of the „open handed drumming” technique.

His music style equally contains traditional jazz and fusion elements, whose combination he much enjoys in all his formations.

He has his own typical time and phrasing style used over an incredibly wide dynamic range.
