Process of diploma concert reservation 2023/24

Dear Graduating Students,

 

Diploma concert reservation for graduating students in the academic year 2023/24 will be as follows.

Reservation of diploma concerts will continue to be conducted in person, however, in order to avoid large groups of people, making an appointment for the personal meeting will be neccessary.

The period of diploma concert reservations will be conducted between 26 September and 19 October.

In person meetings will be scheduled for once between 26 September and 5 October (WE room 110):

Tuesdays: 11.00-13.30
Thursdays: 13.00-15.30

As well as between 10 October and 19 October (WE room 110):

Tuesdays: 11.00-13.00
Thursdays: 13.00-15.00

 

Making an appointment is possible from 19 September, 12.00 (noon), in a table that will be available in the "Diplomafoglalás" folder (under the "Diplomafoglalás" folder there is a file named "Időpontfoglalás_diplomahangverseny_egyeztetéshez.url", click on it to reach the table of appointments for diploma concert reservation. Use your Neptun credentials to enter.)

Important information about the appointment for the personal meeting:

  • please reserve only one appointment, with your FULL name,
  • please do not reserve an appointment for a time that is already taken,
  • do not delete or modify an appointment that is not yours,
  • please be on time for the meeting.

 

For fixing a diploma concert date, we will need to know the following details, only knowing these details will allow us to offer you potential dates, and to determine which room is suitable for each diploma concert:

  • planned programme of the concert,
  • planned performance apparatus,
  • instrument needs.

 

In order to carry out reservations smoothly, we are kindly asking you to prepare everything according to the above mentioned details.
