Ten young talents were awarded the Junior Prima Prize in Music this year and the majority of the winners are current and former students of the Liszt Academy. The jury was chaired by Dr. Andrea Vigh, President of the university, and renowned faculty members sat on the panel.

The application system is now open for applicants wishing to pursue studies at the Liszt Academy with the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship in the academic year 2022/2023.

An agreement was signed between Dr. Andrea Vigh and Alexander Ryzhinsky, the presidents of the two institutions, to strengthen the relationship through joint educational and cultural programmes.

The 146th academic year of the Liszt Academy opened with a ceremony attended by first-year students and the Academy's administration.
