Dr Dávid Báll gave masterclasses, lectures and concerts, and participated as jury member of a competition, from Malaysia through Hong Kong to Macau.

With a total prize fund of more than 51,000 euros (20 million forints), the competition for pianists will open on 3 March, and the repertoire will naturally focus on Bartók's piano works.

Thanks to the generous support of Japanese companies in Hungary, the scholarship is awarded to young, talented Japanese students of the Liszt Academy.

the Hungarian Academy of Sciences) is dedicated to the papers of the conference "Rethinking Central European Music," held at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music on September 8-9, 2023.

Tolgahan Çoğulu is an active musician and promoter of microtonal music with the instrument developed by him, and professor at the state conservatory in Istanbul.

The application system is now open for applicants wishing to pursue studies at the Liszt Academy with the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship in the academic year 2025/2026.

Every year, the Liszt Academy organises a workshop and a concluding concert as part of an Erasmus programme, this time the Hungarian and foreign students learned from and performed with violinist Péter Kováts as a string orchestra.
